SHIPPING INFORMATION (UNITED STATES ORDERS)
Store Pickup:
Orders are pulled Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm. A call will be made when order is ready for pickup. Orders will not be pulled over the weekend, you may want to call if you need it at that time.
Standard Shipping:
• In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via FedEX or USPS (only if a PO Box is given).
• Please give a street address if possible.
• Cost: 0-$24.99=$5.95, $25-$49.99=$7.95, $50 and over is FREE. Remember, extra shipping may be added due to larger items.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Shipping time on in-stock items only, no additional shipping on backorder items.
• Store customer service for order questions is available Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm EST.

Copy of the receipt or packing slip, noted with name, address, daytime phone, order number (if applicable) and a brief description of what you would like us to do (refund/exchange).
There is a $5.95 exchange fee for return shipping to you, the customer. Please send payment via check, money order or daytime phone number, for credit card information, with return form. Return shipping is non-refundable.
