2021 Junior Judging School
The 2021 Junior Judging School will be hosted by the Lebanon County Holstein Association on July 6th and 7th. This school is open to all youth interested in learning about dairy cattle judging. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn terminology, animal and class breakdowns, and how to effectively give reasons.
We will visit Heilinger Farm, Klinedell Farms, Himmel-Valley, Maulfair Acres, and Reeds-Creek, and judge four different breeds. This years official and teacher will be Michael P. Yoder. Michael, along with his family, own and operate Dryhouse Farms in Mifflin County.
The cost of the school is $35.00 for those staying overnight (includes school costs, hotel room, and evening meal) and $20.00 for commuters (includes school cost and evening meal). A complete schedule and information will be sent to all those who register for the school. Registration forms can be found here. Form and check must be sent into the office, we cannot do online payments at this time for the school. Please contact Amanda at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
